2. Delivery Locations: We deliver our sofas all over the UK. Please note that delivery to certain remote areas may take longer than the standard delivery time and may require additional charges.

3. Shipping Fees: We charge shipping fees on all of our sofas within the UK, except for certain remote areas. The shipping charges vary depending on the delivery location and the size of the sofa, and they will be calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your order. For certain remote areas, additional shipping charges ranging from 120 to 150 GBP may apply.

4. Delivery Process: Once your order is placed, we will contact you to arrange a delivery time that is convenient for you. Our delivery team will provide you with a time window for your delivery, and they will call you on the day of delivery to confirm their arrival time. Please ensure that someone is available to receive your delivery at the agreed upon time.

5. Inspection upon Delivery: Before signing the delivery receipt, please inspect your sofa for any damages or defects. If you notice any issues, please notify our delivery team immediately so that we can resolve the issue.

6. Returns: If for any reason you are not satisfied with your sofa, you may return it within 14 days of delivery. Please note that the sofa must be in its original condition and packaging for a full refund. The return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
